When I started out in business, over 20 years ago, I was all energy and zero business knowledge. Realising I needed to make a change there, I studied what I didn’t know, applied my learning to my own businesses and watched them grow.
I shared tips here and there and there with my friends and other small business owners within my network when they were struggling and soon found other people started asking me for help.
Word had got around about my clear, no-jargon teaching and my genuine joy in helping others. My friend told me how she was paying money to a coach but kept telling me that I was helping her more.
It was time to take action, so I created Passion to Profit around my core values of respect, communication, commitment and community.
I lead by example – stretching my own comfort zone so my clients gain the courage to stretch theirs.
