What is QTT?
QTT is a unique accredited personal development ‘talking’ method that guides clients to access profound and lasting behavioural change so that they can achieve their desired outcomes in life. QTT incorporates fundamentals of Positive Psychology, Neuroscience and Neuro-Linguistics.
This distinctive approach empowers and supplies clients with a toolkit of techniques, methods and processes for dealing with life’s challenges as well as optimising life’s opportunities.
It is very practical and gentle in nature and can be used by anyone seeking change.

My QTT story
The reason I signed up to study QTT was to help me get back to myself and to build my business again.
I signed up in November 2021, 2021 was a tough year. I lost my mom in March, I became a non-smoker in July.
I was experiencing an emotional avalanche, which I didn’t understand and my business was suffering as a result of me being fatigued, extreme high and low emotions and anxiety.
I had to decline from taking on new clients and keep my energy for existing clients. I became very frustrated, & angry because I couldn’t understand why I was experiencing painful anxiety or why I lacked interest in doing anything to grow my business. My income dropped but in the end, I just surrendered, found self-compassion and allowed myself the time to heal.
The best thing that happened to me was what we call the quantum release technique. This allowed me to let go of my frustrations and anger (I call it “factory set”). It was so freeing to get relief from the strangling sensation (anxiety) around my throat.
I believed deep down that I was responsible for my clients’ results, so I often showed up in life and business trying to fix things. I was very hard on myself. Using a technique called a belief change this was turned on its head and it’s made me a better mentor and person. The biggest surprise was that I now use and trust my intuitive guidance more than ever before, getting better results in my business and living way more peacefully in my personal life.
I learned at a very young age that it wasn’t safe for me to feel, cigarettes also helped me to numb my feelings for 34 years. QTT has taught me to tune in to my feelings more and I now understand what they are telling me. I’m happy to say I live less in my head and continue to do my best at practising. As with us all, I’m a work in progress.

- I created a new program for existing or past clients so I can continue to mentor them.
- I am way more grounded and in tune with what I want, I believe this is making me a better person.
- I now use the power of my feelings to manifest and live my life on purpose with as much peace & joy as possible.
